Refund and Cancellation Policy
For Donations:
Ramakrishna Mission, Gurugram (aka Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Institute of Values, Gurugram), reserves the right to refuse/cancel a donation towards the activities of the Mission if:
1. You do not indicate the purpose of the donation.
2. You do not give your full name, address and other contact details.
3. You do not give your PAN when donating ₹10,000/- or above.
When you try to donate but due to slow internet connectivity, bank server failure or technical problem of the website, you do not receive any confirmation message and find that the money has been debited from your bank account, please contact us via email at gurugram@rkmm.org. We shall validate the transaction from our end and update/inform you of the status of the said transaction.
If there is any mistake while donating, and if you want a refund of your money, please contact us via email at gurugram@rkmm.org or call us on +91 8800 043300 / +91 8383 843402 with your order number within three days, stating the reason for the refund. We shall refund the money upon verification.
Please note:
1. Refund of donations will not be allowed if the Section 80G Donation Receipts are already communicated/dispatched to you.
2. All refund requests must be made by you or by the actual credit card holder.
3. Refund requests must include your name and order transaction number.
4. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
For Charges and Fees on Services/Workshops:
Ramakrishna Mission, Gurugram (aka Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Institute of Values, Gurugram), reserves the right to refuse to refund the charges/fees received for a training or workshop (online or offline) if:
1. The participant or group of participants do not attend the session/workshop for any reason not accountable to us.
2. If the amount is already paid before the workshop/event date.
3. If the terms and conditions as stated for the session/workshop are not adhered to.
Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the source of fund/payment mode used for the original transaction. Ramakrishna Mission, Gurugram shall not be any way responsible or pay any compensation for any absenteeism or non-attendance of any participant(s) that may occur.
If in case Ramakrishna Mission, Gurugram cancels workshop, 100% refund will be paid to the registered participant/delegate, provided all pertinent information for refund as per banking transaction rules are provided and followed.
Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 15 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. The fees/charges paid for a specified workshop cannot be adjusted or used for another workshop under any circumstances.
Ramakrishna Mission, Gurugram reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of a workshop/event because of insufficient registration/enrolments, instructor/trainer illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, power cuts, etc. beyond our control).
To request a refund (if eligible and applicable) email us your details (order/transaction Id, date, Name, Address, Phone No, PAN), including the reason why you’re requesting a refund at gurugram@rkmm.org.
