General Terms for Donations

Donations to the Ramakrishna Mission are exempt from income-tax under Section 80G (1) (ii) read with Section 80G (4) of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961. All donations are thankfully acknowledged and the details of income-tax approval order to Ramakrishna Mission appear on your donation receipt. When a donor makes a donation online, certain information is collected, including donor’s name, address, phone number, email address and purpose of donation.

 

General Terms for Fees and Charges for Workshops/Services

Ramakrishna Mission, Gurugram may apply fees and charges for specific training sessions/invited sessions/workshops. For such workshops/events, filling up of the registration form is mandatory by the participant. The session fees/charges/annual fees include registration fees and ancillary charges for any offline or online workshops, and access to course materials for the specific course the participant is registering for.

 

All fees and charges must be paid before the closing date of registration and payment as announced for the workshop/session. Any kind of absence on the date of workshop/session after registration and payment for whatsoever reasons is not considered a valid reason for refund. For more information on refund and cancellation, refer to the Refund and Cancellation Policy page in the website. If the fees/charges are paid without GST as per the prevailing rate, the amount is considered paid as Donation.

 

For any payment direct to bank through NEFT/RTGS/Cheque, an email is mandatory with all details of payer. Such details will include transaction number with date of transaction, amount paid, name, address, PAN of payer, phone, email, proof of payment.

 

Receipts as per the type of payment (with GST or without GST) provided if the payment is made with all details of payer (Name, Address, Phone, Email, PAN, and Transaction Number).

 

Disputes and Refunds 

All complaints, grievances and disputes will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith. If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, you should notify us directly on +91 8800 043300 / +91 8383 843402 and confirm that by a written notice or through email at gurugram@rkmm.org  as soon as possible so as to resolve the same without delay.
