LAST DATE FOR REGISTRATION IS 15th February 2026
- As seats are limited, registration will be done on first-come first-served basis.
- The nearest health care facility is three hours drive from Sarada Tapovan, so people with any health problem, particularly high blood pressure are advised not to register.
- Registration fee covers accommodation and food. This includes dinner on the day of arrival, breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner for the three days of retreat and breakfast on the day of departure.
- Registration Fee cannot be refunded. It can however be adjusted against the registration fee of any future retreat at the Sarada Tapovan during the next one year. Inability to join the retreat must be intimated to us before the last date for registration.
TRAVEL DETAILS
Participants have to make their own travel arrangements.
Sarada Tapovan is accessible by road from Haridwar (100 km), Dehradun (100 km) and Delhi NCR (300 km). Major Railway stations near by are Haridwar and Dehradun. The nearest Airport is Jolly Grant Airport (85 km), Dehradun.
The participants may choose to avail the following taxi service for their travel arrangements. The contact details and the rates are as follows.
Those wishing to avail tempo travellers (12 seater) may directly contact the Retreat Co-ordinator once a Whatsapp group of participants is created, sometime about ten to fifteen days before the start of the retreat.
The location of the Sarada Tapovan as per Google Map is as follows.
Arrival: Participants are requested to reach the venue before 7 pm on the day before to the start of the retreat. Dinner will be served at 7:30 pm.
Departure: Check out time will be 8:30 am on the day after the end of the retreat. Breakfast will be served at 7:30 am.
