The VIVA team is a miniature India of 90 resource persons engaged in awakening humanity to realize its full potential. We are a group of people of multicultural backgrounds, diverse age groups, and multifaceted educational profiles.

The team is headed by Swami Shantatmananda assisted by a Management Committee, Training Team, Zonal Leads, Database Team and Human Resources Team.

The management committee, which includes the Chief Co-ordinator of the Value Programs, is responsible for the strategy and oversight of operations.

The internal training team continuously trains new recruits to learn and grow.

Our governance model ensures that team members are spread across the country to be available to go to schools and handhold the teachers regularly. Our zonal leads are stationed in strategic locations of the country. They can be contacted as given below.
